Recording music has been the main focus of my career
for as long as I care to remember. I really thrive in a multi-tracking studio enviornment
and find purpose working with artists to help them realize their musical vision. For 10
years I have donated free recording time to open mic winners from West Coast Songwriters.
At a young age, I took piano lessons and learned how
to read sheet music. I started playing bass guitar, using a 4-track recorder and forming
rock bands with friends in high school. Somewhere along the way, I taught myself to sing
and play the guitar, eventually writing and performing my own songs.
In 1989, after graduating from St. Ignatius High School in San Francisco, I spent
a year in Spokane, WA before moving to Boston, MA. Eventually recieving my Bachelor of
Arts degree from the Berklee College of Music in 1994.
Back on the west coast I put together
studio's in San Francisco, Marin County and Hollywood before settling down in Daly City,
CA. In 2000 I founded Last Stop
Records and have been working as a freelance recording engineer/composer/musician
ever since. I am available to work with musicians and songwriters on any or all aspects of
your next recording project. I can help you with studio pre-production and artist
development. I can facilitate and execute every task in the recording process. I can walk
you through the steps needed for the manufacturing and distribution of your music. I'm here to help you make great records. Read
